By accessing or subscribing to services offered by Sun Shine Research ("Sun Shine Research"), you agree to the terms below.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older, capable of entering a binding contract under applicable Indian law, and not barred by SEBI or any other regulator from receiving research services.

2. Nature of services

Sun Shine Research publishes research analysis under SEBI Research Analyst registration INH000025142. We do not execute trades, manage funds, or guarantee returns. Subscribers are solely responsible for their investment decisions.

3. Subscription and payment

Subscriptions are billed in INR. Fees, duration and scope are confirmed during onboarding. We reserve the right to revise fees with prior notice.

4. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not redistribute, repackage, or publish our research.
• Do not use our research for any illegal activity or manipulation.
• Credentials are personal — sharing is not permitted.

6. Intellectual property

All research, branding, copy, and deliverables on this website are owned by Sun Shine Research and protected under applicable IP laws.

7. Limitation of liability

Sun Shine Research will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of its research.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Ahilyanagar.
