Refund Policy

We aim to be transparent about subscription refunds. Please read this policy before subscribing.

Non-refundable by default

Subscription fees paid to Sun Shine Research are non-refundable once the research plan is activated and research has been delivered.

Exceptions

• Duplicate / accidental payment.
• Payment received but subscription not activated within 7 working days.
• Suspension or cancellation of our SEBI Research Analyst registration — refund is processed on a pro-rata basis for the unexpired subscription period.

How to request a refund

Email info@sunshineresearch.in with the subject line "Refund Request — <your full name>" and a copy of the payment receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve your issue directly. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to termination of services.
